KVCC Clubs and Student Organizations


How do you start a club?

If you are interested in starting a club here at KVCC you will want to dowload the Club Starter Package HERE. All completed forms should be submitted to Kevin Richards via email at or brought to his office in 126b King Hall. Forms can also be brought to the Campus Store in King if Kevin is not in his office. Submitted information will be reviewed by the student senate at the next senate meeting. Clubs are not officially approved until ratified by the senate and all ratified clubs must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the college, office of student development and student senate.

How do I join an existing club?

To join an existing club or organization contact the Director of Student Development Kevin Richards via email ( who can connect you with the president or advisor of the club. Also, watch for club events and annoucements as they may be actively recruiting members throughout the year.

Active Clubs and Organizations

Information for Current Active Clubs

Clubs starting another academic year need to complete the Data Sheet HERE for every year the club is active. Completed forms must be emailed to or returned to 126b King hall.

Funding and Event submission and approval

If your club or organization would like to hold a fundraiser or other type of event please CLICK HERE to download the applicable fund rasing forms and CLICK HERE for the Event proposal and Guidelines form. Appropriate forms that should be completed and emailed to or tunred into the Student Development office 126b King hall or the Campus Store.

Also, any funding request for events or otherwise require the following Funding Request guidelines found HERE to be completed and turned into the office of studcent developement.
