Check your Admission Status
You can apply for Financial Aid before you are accepted into a
degree, certificate or diploma program.
However, you will not receive a financial aid award notice until you are
officially admitted. Please contact the Admissions Office with any
questions regarding your application for admission to the college (453-5131) or
1-800-528-5882 Ext. 5131.)
Register for Courses
If you have received an acceptance letter from the
Admissions Office, be sure to follow the instructions given to register for courses. Contact the
Advising Center
with any questions about signing up for courses at 453-5118 or 1-800-528-5882 Ext 5118.
Estimate Your Cost to Attend
Cost sheets provided with your acceptance letter should be used to estimate tuition,
fees, and book expenses. Any questions about your bill should be directed
to the
Cashier's Office at 453-5140 or 1-800-528-5882 Ext 5140.
Submit Verification Documentation
Applicants must provide certain documents to the
Financial Aid Office, including:
1. Signed copies of the Federal IRS 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ tax forms (with W-2's) filed by the student and/or
spouse, and parents (if filing as
dependent students
AND
2.Verification of untaxed and nontaxable income.
Make Payment Arrangements
Your financial Aid award letter will be issued when you have provided the
documentation asked for from above (Submit Verification Documentation).
Payment arrangements must be made with the Cashier's Office (453-5140
or 1-800-528-5882 Ext 5140) for charges exceeding the total financial aid
awards BEFORE the start of each semester.
