KVCC’s Renewable Energy Management (REM) Advanced Certificate Program is the most comprehensive RE training program in the State of Maine. This program, which will take place at KVCC’s state of the art Energy Services and Technology Center, is designed to be completed in one year and provide industry specific knowledge and skills in the area of managing RE systems and businesses. The structure of this program will allow students to focus on any or all of the RE sectors they are interested in pursuing. Successful completion of this program will prepare graduates for applicable national and state testing, endorsements, certifications and licensing.

The REM program is a non-credit, advanced certificate program, designed for those professionals and/or college graduates who have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, architectural and/or engineering and want to get into the business of renewable energy. The REM Advanced Certificate program is now accepting applications for the inaugural training program which begins in January 2012. Click here for more information and an application.
