Student Clubs at Kennebec Valley Community College
Kennebec Valley Community College offers a variety of different academic and general interest clubs for students to get involved with. Students can find existing clubs filled with others that have a shared interest or hobby. You can see a list, including description and contact information, for existing clubs below. Students and advisors should read through the Club and Organizations manual found by clicking HERE.
If you do not see a club that you wish the college had then why not start one yourself? New club requests are reviewed by the Office of Student Development and Student Senate. Club requests are reviwed bi-weekly so allow for up to 10 business days for a response. To request the creation of a new club complete the request form below. New groups should have at least 4 founding members and at least one faculty or staff club advisor.
Existing clubs need to renew their membership with the college every academic year. To renew your clubs membership complete the club renewal and update form below. Please also complete this form if you have a change in leadership for your club.
Clubs requesting addional funds for events or other club needs need to complete the funding request form below. This is reviewed by the Office of Student Development and Student Senate at bi-weekly meetings, so allow for 10 business days for a response. All events or fundraisers must be requested by completing the Event Request Form found by clicking HERE.
All funds and items given or raised during a club fundraiser need to be reported to the Office of Student Development using the Fundraiser Report Form below.
